VA: Sho Hayami

Ruster is a lump of rusty garbage. He loves rust and dirty things.
He uses his Rust Beam to make other vehicles rusty and to turn them into his friends.
His favorite thing to do is to dance the Rusty Samba with his buddies Molder and Duster.
He actually gets lonely easily.
